Nurse

1. Provide basic nursing care to patients in their homes.

2. Monitor vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.

3. Administer medications as prescribed by the doctor.

4. Assist patients with daily activities like bathing and dressing.

5. Manage wound care, including cleaning and dressing wounds.

6. Maintain proper hygiene and comfort for bedridden patients.

7. Observe and report any changes in the patient’s health condition.

8. Follow the care plan provided by healthcare professionals.

9. Assist with mobility, including helping patients walk or use assistive devices.

10. Provide support with exercises recommended by physiotherapists.

11. Help with feeding, including tube feeding if required.

12. Ensure timely medical appointments and accompany patients if needed.

13. Educate family members about patient care and safety measures.

14. Maintain accurate records of daily care and medications given.

15. Use medical equipment safely, such as oxygen tanks or glucometers.

16. Offer emotional support and companionship to patients.

17. Ensure a clean and safe home environment for patient care.

18. Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and family caregivers.

19. Respond calmly to emergencies and carry out first-aid procedures.

20. Promote patient independence and dignity as much as possible
