Job Title: Medic (Nurse) – Kuwait

We are hiring a qualified Medic (Nurse) to provide on-site medical support at project locations, including remote sites and camps. The role involves handling medical emergencies, administering first aid, and supporting site health and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide immediate first aid and basic medical treatment at site
• Respond to medical emergencies and stabilize patients until further care is available
• Monitor health conditions of employees at site and camps
• Maintain accurate medical records, reports, and incident documentation
• Ensure availability and proper maintenance of medical equipment and supplies
• Coordinate with emergency services and hospitals when required
• Support implementation of HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (B.Sc. Nursing)
• Valid Kuwait MOH Nursing License (Mandatory)
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in industrial, construction, or site-based roles
• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (AHA or approved provider)
• AED certification preferred
• Strong ability to handle emergency situations independently
• Good communication and reporting skills
• Must be currently residing in Kuwait
• Immediate joiners preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: KD500.000 - KD600.000 per month
