Provide high-quality nursing care in a fast-paced clinical setting, supporting patient assessment, treatment, and recovery while ensuring compliance with hospital policies and Qatari healthcare regulations.

Key responsibilities

Deliver direct patient care: assessments, monitoring vital signs, administering medications and IV therapies, wound care, and executing physician orders.

Coordinate patient admissions, transfers, and discharges; maintain accurate clinical records and handovers.

Perform and document clinical procedures, observations, and nursing interventions following protocols.

Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, medications, and discharge instructions.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (physicians, pharmacists, allied health) to develop and implement care plans.

Ensure infection control, medication safety, and adherence to clinical governance standards.

Respond to emergencies and participate in resuscitation teams as required.

Mentor junior nursing staff and support continuous improvement initiatives and audits.

Qualifications

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license; QCHP/Ministry of Public Health licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure in Qatar required.

Diploma or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.

Minimum 2 years clinical nursing experience; hospital experience in medical/surgical, ICU, ED, or specialty units preferred.

BLS/ACLS certification required; specialty certifications (PALS, ICU) preferred where applicable.

Strong clinical assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Pay: QAR8,000.00 - QAR10,000.00 per month
