Job Overview

IIQAF Group is seeking a compassionate and qualified Nurse in Abu Dhabi to provide high-quality patient care and clinical support within our hospital operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in patient care, clinical nursing, healthcare support, medication administration, and hospital nursing procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional patient care and nursing support according to hospital standards

• Monitor patient conditions, vital signs, and treatment progress

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians

• Assist doctors during examinations and medical procedures

• Maintain accurate patient medical records and nursing documentation

• Educate patients and families regarding healthcare plans and treatments

• Ensure compliance with hospital protocols, infection control, and patient safety standards

• Coordinate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams

• Respond effectively to patient emergencies and healthcare needs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Nursing

• Valid DOH / HAAD / DHA nursing license or eligibility preferred

• Strong knowledge of clinical procedures and patient care standards

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in fast-paced hospital environments and shifts

• Compassionate, patient-focused, and detail-oriented approach

• UAE healthcare experience preferred
