Upcoming Classes & Program Overview:

  • Classroom Training: July 6 - July 22, 2026
    • Monday–Friday, 8:30am – 4:00pm (2 weeks)
  • Followed by Clinical Training: 3 weeks of hands-on experience alongside an experienced CNA Schedule varies (12-hour shifts, 2–3 days per week)
  • Home Study: Independent studying outside of class time is required to successfully complete the program
    • Upon successful completion of the training course and clinical experience, students will have the opportunity to select CNA schedules based on class performance and operational needs. While a full-time position is not guaranteed, we strive to accommodate our graduates to the best of our ability.

In This Role You Will:

  • Participate in a comprehensive, state-approved CNA training course focused on foundational nursing and resident care skills.
  • Learn essential concepts related to personal care, safety, infection control, and resident rights through classroom instruction.
  • Practice hands-on skills under the supervision of a qualified instructor prior to clinical placement.
  • Complete clinical rotations by working one-on-one with experienced CNAs in a supportive, real-world care environment.
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility.
  • Support residents during meals, hydration, and social or recreational activities.
  • Learn to take and record vital signs, weights, intake/output, and other basic nursing functions under supervision.
  • Observe and participate in maintaining a clean, safe, and respectful living environment for residents.
  • Respond appropriately to resident needs and emergencies while learning proper escalation and communication protocols.
  • Gain experience collaborating with nursing and interdisciplinary team members to support individualized care plans.

Who You Are:

  • You are dedicated, compassionate, and enthusiastic about pursuing a career in healthcare, particularly in long-term care.
  • You have a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • You are able to commit to the full duration of the training program and required clinical hours.
  • You are willing and able to study independently outside of scheduled class time.
  • You can pass a basic reading and math comprehension test, administered by HR during the interview process.
  • You communicate respectfully and effectively and are open to learning and feedback.
  • You are reliable, professional, and able to meet attendance expectations throughout the program.
  • Preferred: Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification, or willingness to obtain upon hire
