Nurse Assistant

1. Provide personal care to patients at home, including bathing, hygiene support.

2. Administer medications on time and monitor for any side effects.

3. Check and record vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration.

4. Assist in wound care, dressing changes, and infection prevention.

5. Help patients with mobility, exercises, and rehabilitation activities.

6. Offer nutritional guidance and assist with feeding when required.

7. Educate family members about patient care and health management.

8. Coordinate with doctors and health professionals for treatment plans.

9. Maintain accurate patient records and report any changes in condition.

10. Provide emotional support and ensure a safe, comfortable home environment.
