Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our dynamic healthcare team. You will be essential in delivering compassionate, high-quality patient care across various specialties, collaborating closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible patient well-being and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Execute the full nursing process (assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating) for patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Perform pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative care, including initial patient assessment, procedures like shaving and IV cannulation, and general monitoring.
• Monitor and report vital signs using medical devices, inspect wounds, and perform dressing changes as needed.
• Administer medications as ordered by the physician, diligently monitoring for side effects and allergic reactions.
• Assist Physicians during a variety of medical and surgical procedures.
• Continuously monitor, report, and accurately record patient symptoms or changes in condition.
• Maintain strict hygiene standards by ensuring treatment and dressing rooms are clean and prepared.
• Maintain accurate, complete healthcare records and reports.
• Educate patients thoroughly on pre and post-operative care instructions.
• Guide and mentor Nurse Trainees during pre- and post-operation phases.
• Verify and implement patient health treatment plans based on patient condition and response

Competency (knowledge, skills, & abilities)

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Licensed Nurse (Dermatology experience preferred)
• QCHP Nursing license
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Keen eye for detail
