Job Title: Nurse Educator (Local Hire)

Job Summary:
Qatar Care Company is seeking a qualified and experienced Nurse Educator to support the professional development of our nursing team. The Nurse Educator will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating clinical education programs to ensure high standards of patient care and compliance with healthcare regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver nursing education programs, workshops, and training sessions.
• Provide orientation and competency training for newly hired nurses and healthcare staff.
• Assess training needs and create educational plans to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
• Ensure nursing practices comply with Qatar healthcare regulations and company policies.
• Monitor and evaluate staff performance and provide guidance for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with management and clinical teams to improve patient care standards.
• Maintain records of training activities, certifications, and staff competencies.
• Stay updated with current nursing practices, guidelines, and evidence-based care.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (Master’s Degree preferred).
• Valid nursing license in Qatar or eligibility for licensure.
• Minimum 3* years of clinical nursing experience, with 2 years in education or training preferred.*
• Strong knowledge of clinical procedures and nursing best practices.
• Excellent communication, teaching, and leadership skills.
• Experience in curriculum development and staff competency assessment is an advantage.
• Must be currently residing in Qatar (Local Hire only).
