NURSE FEMALE & MALE WITH VALID QCHP

· Provide direct patient care, assessing and monitoring patients’ conditions and treatment needs.

· Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accurate documentation.

· Work collaboratively with doctors, head nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.

· Ensure the comfort and safety of patients by maintaining a clean, organized, and well-equipped environment.

· Monitor and record vital signs, changes in patient conditions, and report significant changes to the healthcare team.

· Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatments, and self-care post-discharge.

· Assist with medical procedures and examinations, ensuring patient comfort and safety.

· Ensure compliance with healthcare policies, procedures, and safety standards.

· Manage patient records accurately and maintain confidentiality at all times.

· Contribute to maintaining a positive work environment by supporting and collaborating with colleagues.

· Participate in continuing education to enhance professional knowledge and skills.

* Experience in Dermatology will be considered as advantage.
