Job Description:

Seeking a highly organized, compassionate, and professional individual for a unique dual role as an Office Nurse and Receptionist. This position is the heart of our office, responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our employees while also managing front-desk operations with efficiency and warmth. The ideal candidate will be a licensed nurse looking for a rewarding role that combines clinical skills with administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities:

Nursing Duties (Approx. 60%):

Provide immediate first aid and emergency care for workplace injuries and medical incidents.

Manage and maintain the company's first-aid clinic, ensuring all supplies and equipment are stocked and functional.

Conduct basic health screenings and wellness checks (e.g., blood pressure monitoring).

Maintain strict confidentiality of all employee health records.

Develop and implement employee wellness initiatives and health awareness programs.

Liaise with local clinics and hospitals for referrals and appointments.

Ensure compliance with company health and safety policies.*

Receptionist Duties (Approx. 40%):

Serve as the first point of contact for all visitors, clients, and employees, providing a welcoming and professional impression.

Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and courteously.

Manage office administrative tasks including mail distribution, scheduling meetings, and coordinating courier services.

Maintain the tidiness and organization of the reception and common areas.

Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed.*

Qualifications and Skills:

Must be a Registered Nurse with a valid QCHP (Qatar Council for Healthcare Practitioners) license or eligibility.

Proven experience as a Nurse, preferably in an occupational health, clinic, or emergency room setting.

Prior experience in a receptionist or front-office administrative role is a significant advantage.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient in basic computer skills (MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook).

Professional, empathetic, and calm demeanor, especially under pressure.

Must possess a valid Qatar ID and be able to provide a transferable visa (if applicable).
