We are hiring a Registered Nurse

We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated healthcare team. The ideal candidate is a committed professional with a solid clinical background and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care. In this role, you will be responsible for comprehensive nursing care, from patient assessment and treatment to collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal health outcomes.

Job Summary
As a Registered Nurse, you will provide direct care to patients in a dynamic clinical setting. Your responsibilities will include administering medications, monitoring vital signs, managing care plans, and supporting patients and their families through every stage of treatment. Your role is essential in ensuring both the clinical effectiveness and emotional well-being of those in your care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Patient Care Planning:
  • Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans in coordination with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
  • Medication & Treatment Administration:

Administer prescribed medications and treatments, carefully observing for adverse reactions and patient responses.

  • Monitoring & Documentation:

Monitor patient vital signs, symptoms, and overall condition, recording accurate and timely clinical notes in accordance with medical and legal standards.Educate patients and caregivers about health conditions, medication regimens, recovery plans, and self-care practices.Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment by strictly following infection control protocols and hospital policies.Provide emotional and psychological support to patients and families. Assist in medical procedures and work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
  • Valid and current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Qatar
  • Minimum of 2+ years clinical nursing experience in hospitals, clinics, or long-term care settings.
  • Strong understanding of nursing standards, patient care best practices, and infection prevention protocols.
  • Proficient in Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems and clinical documentation.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and work effectively in a team-based environment.
