Nurse - Germany

Assessing patient health, administering medications and treatments, monitoring vital signs, and educating patients and their families on health conditions. Nurse also coordinate care with other healthcare professionals, maintain patient records, and provide emotional support. The core responsibilities focus on promoting, maintaining, and restoring health to help patients achieve optimal well-being.

Key Responsibilities :

• Patient Assessment & Care Planning: Perform physical exams, take patient histories, and identify health needs to develop and implement personalized care plans.
• Treatment & Medication Administration: Administer prescribed medications, provide wound care, and manage treatments like infusions.
• Monitoring & Evaluation: Monitor patient conditions, record vital signs (such as pulse and temperature), and interpret diagnostic tests to evaluate progress and identify issues.
• Patient & Family Education: Provide counseling and education to patients and their families on health conditions, disease prevention, and treatment plans.
• Collaboration & Coordination: Work with physicians, supervisors, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure comprehensive treatment.
• Documentation: Accurately document all patient assessments, treatments, and health records, ensuring patient confidentiality.
• Leadership & Support: Provide emotional and psychological support to patients and their families. Some roles may involve supervising less experienced nursing staff.
• Health Promotion: Promote optimal health and quality of life by implementing health promotion strategies and helping patients manage chronic conditions.

Pay: Rs826,119.00 - Rs1,156,567.00 per month
