Job Title: Nurse (IV Therapy Specialist)

Compensation Structure:

• Probation Period: AED 3,500 – AED 4,500 for 1–3 months (depending on experience and performance).

• Post-Probation: Upon successful evaluation, candidates will be offered a permanent role with higher salary and additional benefits.

Requirements:

• Qualifications: DHA Licensed (Internships also welcome; Assistant Nurses with IV experience will also be considered).

• Skills: Strong expertise in IV cannulation with high first-attempt success rate. Proficient in patient monitoring and emergency handling.

• Communication: Fluency in English with excellent communication skills is mandatory.

• Availability: Immediate joiners preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

• Administer IV drips and injections as per client requirements.

• Ensure patient comfort with professional venipuncture techniques.

• Monitor vital signs and provide safe, effective medical care.

• Maintain strict hygiene and safety standards.

• Educate patients on treatments and aftercare.

• Collaborate with the healthcare team for smooth operations.
