Job Title: DHA Nurse Manager & Coordinator – Home Healthcare & Wellness
Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Type: Full-Time (6 days/week)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a DHA-licensed Nurse Manager & Coordinator to oversee clinical operations for our Home Healthcare & Wellness Services. The ideal candidate will manage nursing staff, coordinate patient care, ensure DHA compliance, and maintain high standards of service quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate home healthcare and wellness services (IV therapy, post-care, chronic care, etc.)
• Manage nursing staff scheduling and performance
• Conduct patient assessments and develop care plans
• Ensure compliance with DHA regulations and facility policies
• Oversee documentation, reporting, and quality control
• Act as liaison between patients, families, and management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• Active DHA RN License
• 3+ years clinical experience (home healthcare preferred)
• Previous supervisory experience preferred
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Philippines, European or Iranian.

Regulatory Compliance (DHA)

• Ensure compliance with DHA regulations, policies, and standards.
• Maintain valid staff licenses and monitor renewal deadlines.
• Prepare facility for DHA inspections and audits.
• Implement infection control policies and quality improvement programs.
• Maintain updated policies, protocols, and SOPs.

Salary: Competitive (based on experience)
