Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Manager to lead our nursing team at our Sterling Heights facility. The Nurse Manager will oversee daily nursing operations, ensure high-quality patient care, and foster a collaborative and supportive environment for nursing staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise nursing staff.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and standards.
• Coordinate patient care activities and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Develop and implement nursing protocols and procedures to improve quality of care.
• Address patient and staff concerns promptly and professionally.
• Promote a positive work environment that encourages professional development and teamwork.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation and reporting.

Qualifications

• Current RN or LPN license in the state of Michigan.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, healthcare regulations, and quality standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) and healthcare software systems.

Work Environment

This position is based at our Sterling Heights facility located at 38200 Schoenherr Rd. The Nurse Manager will work closely with clinical and administrative teams to ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care.
