Nurse Manager – Labor & Delivery (LDR)

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Nurse Manager for the Labor & Delivery (LDR) Department to join our hospital. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, ensure high-quality patient care, and provide strong leadership to the nursing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise the LDR nursing team to ensure safe and efficient patient care.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Implement and monitor clinical standards, policies, and procedures.
• Coordinate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and hospital quality standards.
• Support staff development through training, mentoring, and continuous education.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (Master’s preferred).
• Valid nursing license.
• Minimum 7–10 years of nursing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within LDR or Women’s Health.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in a hospital setting within the Middle East is an advantage.
• Arabic Female Candidate is preferred.
