Understands the system's strategic priorities and can develop tactics to ensure operational excellence goals and objectives are met or exceeded. Is well versed in the day-to-day operations and challenges of frontline therapy team members. Identifies opportunities in quality, safety, and teammate engagement using tools including but not limited to: LEAN principles, PDSA, root cause analysis, and teammate rounding.
