Job Overview

Rockstar Recovery & Wellness is seeking a NYS licensed Nurse Practitioner with experience in pain management and trigger point injections.

This role focuses on treating musculoskeletal pain, supporting injury recovery, and collaborating within a multidisciplinary wellness setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations and assessments
• Develop individualized pain management plans
• Perform trigger point injections
• Maintain accurate medical documentation
• Collaborate with massage therapists and recovery team
• Educate patients on treatment and recovery plans

Requirements

• Active NP license in good standing
• Strong assessment and injection skills
• Excellent patient communication

Preferred (Not Required)

• Experience with regenerative or functional medicine
• Experience in private practice or wellness clinics
