Mission Obstetrics & Gynecology is seeking a
full-time, experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
to join our established, physician-led OB/GYN practice. This role focuses on outpatient women’s health and gynecologic care in a collaborative private practice setting.
Position Summary
The APP will provide comprehensive women’s health care with a high degree of autonomy while working closely with OB/GYN physicians and a tenured clinical support team. Scope and schedule are predictable and outpatient-focused.
Primary Responsibilities

Conduct well-woman exams and preventative visits

Evaluate and manage gynecologic conditions

Provide contraceptive counseling and management

Manage menopause-related care
-
Support prenatal and postpartum patient care as appropriate

Perform in-office procedures, including

IUD and contraceptive implant placement/removal
-
Colposcopies (optional)
-
NSTs
-
Document care in the EMR and collaborate with physicians as needed
Schedule

Full-time 5 days, weekday clinic schedule
-
No weekends or call required

Consistent, family-friendly workflow

Location Warren, MI (willingness to travel to future satellite required)

Physician Team 6 OB/GYN physicians with plan to expand in 2026

Qualifications

Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Prior OB/GYN or women’s health experience required

Strong clinical judgment and ability to practice independently within scope

Team-oriented with strong communication skills
