Job Title: Part-Time Telehealth Nurse Practitioner — Longevity Medicine (Contract, NY Licensed)

Overview

Eternity Medicine Institute (EMI) is a concierge longevity medicine practice offering a premium telehealth membership program to health-conscious clients across the country. We are seeking a New York-licensed Nurse Practitioner with independent practice status to serve our New York-based members on a flexible, fully remote contract basis.

This is a low-volume, high-quality role — approximately 2 hours per week conducting 30-minute telehealth consultations, ordering labs, and managing wellness protocols for motivated clients who take their health seriously. No hospital setting, no overnight shifts, no in-person visits. You work within agreed availability windows, from anywhere in New York State.

The initial engagement is one month with a strong likelihood of extension as our NY membership grows. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced NP seeking a meaningful, intellectually stimulating contract that fits comfortably around an existing schedule.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 30-minute telehealth wellness consultations with NY-based members via our platform
• Order and review comprehensive biomarker panels (Quest Diagnostics) based on member protocols
• Issue prescriptions and supplement recommendations through our compounding pharmacy partner
• Document encounters in Healthie EHR
• Respond to member portal messages within one business day during contracted hours
• Collaborate asynchronously with EMI's Medical Director on complex cases as needed

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted New York State NP license — required
• Independent practice status (3,600+ practice hours completed) — required
• Telehealth experience — comfortable conducting and documenting video visits independently
• Interest in or background in longevity, functional, integrative, or preventive medicine strongly preferred
• Comfort interpreting advanced biomarker panels (lipids, hormones, metabolic, inflammatory markers)
• Board certified (ANCC or AANP)

Compensation and Terms

• $125–$150/hour depending on experience and clinical background — 1099 independent contractor
• Base commitment: 2 hours per week with potential to expand
• Flexible scheduling within agreed availability windows
• Fully remote — work from anywhere in New York State
• Initial 1-month term with strong likelihood of extension
