Nurse Practitioner

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various healthcare settings and a strong commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care. This role is part-time, requiring availability 2–3 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and physical examinations
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions
• Prescribe medications and develop individualized treatment plans
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress and adjust care as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
• Educate patients and families on health management and prevention

Skills

• Strong knowledge of clinical practices and medical terminology
• Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in primary care, urgent care, or home health is a plus
• Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care

Qualifications

• Active Florida Nurse Practitioner license
• Board certification required
• DEA license (preferred or required depending on role)
• Prior experience preferred
