What You’ll Be Doing :

You’ll be one of the most critical parts of our patients’ success stories. In this role, you’ll:

• Conduct new patient consultations (in-person or virtual, depending on location)
• Prescribe and manage weight loss medications like Semaglutide, Tirzepatide, HCG, and more
• Review lab work, medical histories, and patient goals
• Customize plans based on each patient’s unique needs and medical eligibility
• Perform medical clearances and re-evaluations
• Collaborate with our nutrition coaches and trainers for full-circle care
• Encourage and support patients on their health journeys

Who We’re Looking For:

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is a licensed and certified Nurse Practitioner in California
• Has experience (or interest) in weight loss, hormone therapy, or lifestyle medicine
• Feels confident in both telehealth and in-office settings
• Believes in root-cause, functional healthcare and whole-person wellness
• Is warm, empathetic, professional, and deeply passionate about helping others
• Thrives in a family-style team environment with heart and hustle
