Overview

Our patient-centered, multidisciplinary pain management practice is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our growing clinical team. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in patient care along with experience or a strong interest in pain management.

In this role, you will provide high-quality, evidence-based care, conduct comprehensive assessments, support diagnostic and treatment planning, and ensure full compliance with HIPAA and all regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive physical exams and use clinical findings, patient history, and symptom assessment to develop individualized care plans.
  • Provide direct patient care, including new patient consultations, follow-up visits, and ongoing management of chronic pain conditions.
  • Order, interpret, and communicate diagnostic tests (imaging, labs, etc.) clearly and accurately.
  • Perform diagnostic evaluations and determine appropriate interventions.
  • Educate patients on diagnoses, medications, test results, procedures, and treatment options in a supportive and easy-to-understand manner.
  • Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure continuity and optimal clinical outcomes.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on clinical response.
  • Recommend additional therapies, schedule follow-up visits, and coordinate referrals when appropriate.
  • Review and integrate external medical records and specialist reports into patient care plans.
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation in line with HIPAA, state, federal, and practice standards.

Qualifications

  • Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Arizona.
  • Active RN license in the state of Arizona
  • Current BLS certification.
  • Active DEA license.
  • Experience in pain management, primary care, physical medicine, or related fields is preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication skills, professionalism, and commitment to patient-centered care

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 - $132,440.89 per year
