NURSE PRACTITIONER – BUILD YOUR PRACTICE WITH FULL INFRASTRUCTURE SUPPORT

Compensation: $100,000–$150,000+ annually

  • Complete operational support MA, LPN triage, tech stack, and scheduling handled for you

WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO

VA Disability Examinations (C&P): Conduct comprehensive General Medicine DBQs and medical opinion exams for veterans. These are diagnostic evaluations, not ongoing treatmentstructured, protocol-driven, and supported by dedicated chart prep.

Direct Primary Care (DPC): Provide personalized, unhurried primary care to a capped membership panel you build over time. Focus on relationships, not volume.

Your Schedule: You control your clinical flow as an independent contractor. Most providers align with our support staff availability (Monday–Thursday, 9 AM–3 PM) for maximum efficiency, but flexibility exists for asynchronous DPC care.

THE INFRASTRUCTURE WE PROVIDE

You won't waste time on administrative tasks that don't require your clinical judgment:

  • Dedicated Medical Assistant: Handles all VA chart preparation, veteran intake, and filing (Mon–Thu, 9 AM–3 PM)
  • LPN Triage Support: Manages patient communication, routine refills, scheduling, and non-clinical inquiries so you focus on exams and visits
  • Modern Tech Stack: Mobile-friendly EMR for streamlined charting plus HIPAA-compliant app for secure, asynchronous DPC messaging
  • C&P Training Provided: No prior VA exam experience required—we'll train you on our documentation protocols and DBQ requirements

COMPENSATION STRUCTURE (WHY 1099 WORKS IN YOUR FAVOR)

As a 1099 contractor, you're building equity in your own panel while earning immediately from exam volume:

  • Per-Exam Rate: Fixed fee for each completed VA disability examination
  • Monthly Panel Revenue: Recurring monthly fee for every DPC member on your panel
  • Growth Trajectory: New providers typically earn $100K+ in year one while scaling their membership base; experienced providers routinely exceed $150K

WHO THRIVES HERE

  • Active Florida NP license (Full Practice Authority preferred)

New Graduates Welcome:

We're open to new grad FNPs who are motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to build clinical confidence in a supported environment. If you're a recent graduate:

  • We provide structured C&P exam training and DBQ documentation mentorship
  • You'll have gradual panel-building timelines with regular check-ins
  • Collaborating physician arrangement will be established before you start

Bonus (Not Required): Prior C&P exam experience or military/veteran healthcare background
