**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic medical team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient care, excellent diagnostic skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals. This position plays a crucial role in delivering high-quality care to our patients.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct thorough physical examinations and obtain detailed patient histories.
- Diagnose and treat acute, episodic, or chronic illnesses.
- Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests such as lab work or X-rays.
- Develop treatment plans based on scientific rationale, standards of care, and professional practice guidelines.
- Prescribe medications within the scope of practice.
- Provide education on wellness strategies and disease prevention tailored to individual patient needs.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient information in electronic health records (EHR).
- Participate in continuous professional development activities.

**Qualifications:**
- Master’s degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program required.
- Current state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner required; national certification (e.g., ANCC or AANP) preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Nurse Practitioner preferred but not mandatory for exceptional candidates.
- Proficient knowledge of primary care principles and practices across various age groups from pediatrics to geriatrics.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, nurses, staff members at all levels within the organization.
