Job Summary

Duties

• Conduct thorough physical examinations and health assessments of patients.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, providing appropriate management plans.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including sonography and vital signs monitoring.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to infection control protocols.
• Provide education to patients on family planning, pediatrics, and preventive health measures.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care quality.
• Utilize telehealth technology to reach patients remotely when necessary.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Stay current with advancements in internal medicine practices and relevant medical knowledge.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Nursing or a related field from an accredited program.
• Valid Nurse Practitioner license in the state of practice.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, internal medicine principles, and infection control practices.
• Experience or training in pediatrics, family planning, ophthalmology, or dialysis is preferred but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in performing vital sign assessments and interpreting results.
• Excellent communication skills for effective patient interaction and education.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team environment.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $120,000.00 - $137,672.00 per year
