Nurse Practitioner

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated, efficient and skilled APRN to join our rheumatology team Preference for full time job. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background and prior experience. As a NP, you will work collaboratively with physician and other healthcare professionals to provide efficient and high-quality patient care. Your role will involve obtaining history, conducting physical examinations, diagnosing illnesses, and developing treatment plans while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations. Opportunity to work in one of the three convenient locations in Merritt Island, Melbourne or Palm Bay.

Duties

• Obtain detailed history and perform physical examinations.
• Expected to see 15-20 patients/day
• Order appropriate diagnostic evaluations and interpret medical data.
• Formulate a evidence based treatment plan and provide patient education.
• Maintain timely & accurate medical records and knowledge of ICD-10.
• Opportunity to do joint and other injections but not required

Experience
Candidates should possess experience or qualities in the following areas:

• Prior clinical experience and knowledge base
• Enthusiasm, dedication and commitment to provide excellent patient care
• Motivated to read, learn and participate in CME
• Integrity and empathy
• Positive attitude

Competitive base salary plus productivity based incentive bonus structure with a potential to earn >170k

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
