Position Overview

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our growing Bonita Springs clinic.

This is an outpatient cognitive neurology / memory care position with direct physician collaboration and mentorship. Neurology experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform outpatient follow-up and new patient evaluations
• Assess memory and cognitive concerns
• Participate in dementia and Alzheimer’s treatment planning
• Review labs, imaging, and cognitive testing
• Collaborate closely with supervising neurologists
• Document visits within the EMR
• Assist with longitudinal care coordination
• Participate in telehealth visits when appropriate

Qualifications

Required:

• Active Florida APRN license (or ability to obtain)
• Nurse Practitioner certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Interest in neurology, cognition, geriatrics, or brain health

Preferred but not required:

• Geriatrics experience
• Internal medicine or psychiatry background

Compensation

Competitive salary + bonus structure based on experience and productivity.
