Part -Time | 3 Days Per Week

Wholesome Health is seeking a compassionate, patient-centered Nurse Practitioner to join our growing practice three days per week. We are looking for a provider who values a more holistic approach to healthcare and believes in addressing root causes—not just symptoms.

Our ideal candidate enjoys building meaningful patient relationships, thinking critically through complex health concerns, and helping patients achieve long-term wellness through personalized care.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and manage patients with acute and chronic health concerns
• Develop individualized treatment plans using a whole-person approach
• Order and interpret laboratory testing and diagnostics
• Educate patients on nutrition, lifestyle, prevention, and wellness
• Complete timely and accurate chart documentation
• Collaborate with team members to provide an exceptional patient experience

Qualifications:

• Active Ohio Nurse Practitioner license
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Warm, positive, and professional personality
• Interest in holistic, integrative, or functional medicine
• Functional medicine experience is a plus, but not required
• New graduates are welcome to apply if highly motivated and eager to learn
