As a Family Practice NP, you will provide high-quality primary care services to diverse patient populations, including health assessments, diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic conditions. You will collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff to develop personalized care plans, educate patients on health maintenance, and promote wellness initiatives.
