Nurse Practitioner - Family Practice

We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) specializing in Family Practice to join our healthcare team in Sheridan County, KS, located in Colorado Springs, CO.

In this role, you will provide comprehensive primary care services, including health assessments, diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic conditions.

• Perform patient examinations, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop personalized care plans.
• Educate patients and families on health promotion, disease prevention, and management strategies.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Document patient encounters accurately and maintain detailed medical records.
