Responsibilities:

Conduct human performance exams to assess functional movement and musculoskeletal stability.

Evaluate lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling capabilities as part of job-related clearance reviews.

Review range of motion, strength, endurance, and other physical performance indicators.

Perform focused physical exams and health screenings, including vital signs, medical history review, and general assessment.

Document findings accurately and determine fit-for-duty status in alignment with occupational health guidelines.
Qualifications:

Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license

Experience making clinical clearance decisions and assessing functional capacity for job-specific tasks

Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume screening environment

Strong clinical judgment, documentation, and decision-making skills

Reliable and able to commit to the full shift
Desired Skills:

Experience in occupational health, urgent care, employee health, or pre-employment screenings

Familiarity with fast-paced event-based clinical workflow.
