Dragonfly Scan is a concierge preventive health company specializing in advanced, radiation-free MRI screening for early detection. Our mission is to deliver a high-touch, elevated patient experience while empowering individuals to take a proactive approach to their health.

We are seeking a polished, patient-centered Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to serve as a key clinical representative of our organization. This individual will guide patients through the Dragonfly Scan experience, ensuring clarity, confidence, and continuity of care from initial consultation through post-scan follow-up.

Position Overview

This role is responsible for managing patient interactions before and after their scans, supporting clinical documentation, and contributing to patient education initiatives. The ideal candidate brings strong clinical expertise, exceptional communication skills, and a professional, engaging presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-scan consultations, including patient education, medical history review, and preparation guidance
• Lead post-scan consultations, clearly explaining findings and outlining appropriate next steps
• Accurately document all patient interactions and manage workflows within the company’s CRM system
• Ensure completion and compliance of all required intake forms and medical documentation
• Collaborate with radiology and operations teams to deliver a seamless, high-quality patient experience
• Contribute to patient education initiatives, including participation in social media and digital content from a clinical perspective

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted NP or PA license in good standing
• Strong clinical acumen with the ability to translate complex information into clear, patient-friendly communication
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a patient-first mindset
• Highly organized with experience in CRM systems and digital documentation workflows
• Professional presence with confidence participating in educational content and brand-facing initiatives
• Interest in preventive health and early detection strongly preferred

Position Details

• Salary: $110,000 – $130,000, commensurate with experience
• Location: Remote Dallas Texas
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, typically 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with flexibility as needed
