What you'll do

• Conduct new-patient intakes, review comprehensive labs, and craft personalized plans
• Manage ongoing hormone, gut, and metabolic optimization with appropriate monitoring
• Educate patients clearly—in room and (if you like) on camera for podcasts/short clips
• Contribute to protocol development, QA, and continuous improvement

You

• NP (CO) or PA-C (CO) in good standing; DEA (or eligible)
• New grads welcome if you’re passionate about proactive, root-cause care
• Warm, confident communicator who explains complex topics plainly
• Evidence-based mindset with a patient-first compass

Compensation & Perks

• $55–$65/hr (skills/experience) + monthly paid content day + performance incentives
• $500/mo health stipend now + free labs & treatments through Elixium
• DEA, licenses, malpractice paid; CME support
• Benefits (health/PTO/CME) launch: Q2 2026
• Multi-state licensure fees covered if you help expand telehealth

Schedule & Setting

• On-site, Arvada, CO (patient-facing)
• Monday–Friday clinic hours
• No overnight call
