Title: Bilingual Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant (Polish/English) – Oncology

Summary:

We are seeking a Bilingual Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant (Polish/English) to join a collaborative clinical team supporting multiple physicians in an oncology practice. This role focuses on providing follow-up care to patients undergoing treatment and supporting physicians in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. The ideal candidate is confident in clinical decision-making, reliable, and passionate about providing compassionate care to patients and their families.

Day to Day:

• See approximately 15–20 patients per day , primarily for follow-up visits
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
• Document patient care, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, care management, and wellness strategies
• Perform procedures after appropriate training
• Collaborate closely with physicians and clinical staff to ensure coordinated care
• Identify patient and family needs and connect them with appropriate resources
• Maintain timely documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
• Participate in patient care management and support clinical best practices

Qualifications:

• Bilingual: Polish and English
• Current Nurse Practitioner licensure
• BLS/CPR certification
• At least 1 year of clinical experience
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with physicians and care teams
