Nurse Practitioner / Physicians Assistant

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Holistic Practitioner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in various therapeutic modalities and possess a strong understanding of holistic health principles. This role involves working with clients to assess their needs, develop personalized treatment plans, and provide support through a range of therapeutic practices. The Holistic Practitioner will play a vital role in promoting overall well-being and enhancing the quality of life for individuals. There could be an option to become a shareholder for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine individual needs and treatment goals.
• Develop and implement personalized holistic treatment plans that may include techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy, art therapy, and applied behavior analysis.
• Maintain accurate medical records, including documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care for patients with developmental disabilities or other complex needs.
• Provide case management services to support clients in accessing additional resources or services.
• Foster a supportive and nurturing environment that encourages client engagement and healing.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in holistic health practices, with a focus on patient assessment and case management.
• Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants certifications only.
• A dedication to holistic medicine and it's benefits.
