Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
• Manage chronic conditions (e.g., hypertension, diabetes, thyroid disorders).
• Provide preventive and wellness care including annual exams, screenings, and patient education.
• Order and interpret labs, imaging, and other diagnostics.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EMR.
• Collaborate with other providers to support overall patient wellness.

Qualifications

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) in North Dakota (required).
• National board certification (AANP or ANCC).
• 1+ year experience in primary care, family practice, or internal medicine preferred (new grads considered).
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and patient relationship skills.
