Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our primary care team. This role is responsible for supporting providers in delivering high-quality patient care, including performing clinical procedures, assisting with labs, initiating IV therapy, and coordinating care across services. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, patient-focused, and thrives in a collaborative outpatient setting.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Perform clinical nursing duties including vital signs, patient assessments, and documentation</li><li>Draw blood and collect specimens for laboratory testing</li><li>Initiate and manage IV therapy as ordered by providers</li><li>Assist with in-office procedures and treatments</li><li>Administer medications, injections, and immunizations per protocol</li><li>Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care</li><li>Coordinate care with providers, specialists, and ancillary services</li><li>Manage patient communication including phone triage, messages, and follow-ups</li><li>Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records (EMR) documentation</li><li>Ensure compliance with clinic policies, safety standards, and regulatory guidelines</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in [State]</li><li>Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred)</li><li>Minimum [1&ndash;2] years of nursing experience (primary care or outpatient setting preferred)</li><li>Strong phlebotomy and IV insertion skills</li><li>Excellent communication and patient care skills</li><li>Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Experience with EMR systems preferred</li></ul>Preferred Skills:<ul><li>Experience in primary care, family medicine, or internal medicine</li><li>Familiarity with care coordination and chronic disease management</li><li>Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities</li></ul>Pay: $27.00 - $35.00 per hourWork Location: In person
