Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our primary care team. This role is responsible for supporting providers in delivering high-quality patient care, including performing clinical procedures, assisting with labs, initiating IV therapy, and coordinating care across services. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, patient-focused, and thrives in a collaborative outpatient setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform clinical nursing duties including vital signs, patient assessments, and documentation
  • Draw blood and collect specimens for laboratory testing
  • Initiate and manage IV therapy as ordered by providers
  • Assist with in-office procedures and treatments
  • Administer medications, injections, and immunizations per protocol
  • Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care
  • Coordinate care with providers, specialists, and ancillary services
  • Manage patient communication including phone triage, messages, and follow-ups
  • Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records (EMR) documentation
  • Ensure compliance with clinic policies, safety standards, and regulatory guidelines

Qualifications:

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in [State]
  • Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
  • Minimum [1–2] years of nursing experience (primary care or outpatient setting preferred)
  • Strong phlebotomy and IV insertion skills
  • Excellent communication and patient care skills
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with EMR systems preferred

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in primary care, family medicine, or internal medicine
  • Familiarity with care coordination and chronic disease management
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

Pay: $27.00 - $35.00 per hour
