Nurse Practitioner (PRN/Part-Time) – Wound Care (Flexible Schedule)

Full Job Description:

We are expanding a growing wound care program across assisted living and long-term care facilities in the Dallas–Fort Worth area and are seeking a motivated Nurse Practitioner to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Perform wound assessments and ongoing management
• Develop and implement treatment plans
• Provide appropriate wound care interventions
• Document encounters and coordinate with facility staff

Compensation:

• Per patient / per visit compensation structure
• Additional incentives available based on experience and procedures

Qualifications:

• Active Texas Nurse Practitioner license
• Experience in wound care, geriatrics, or primary care preferred
• Comfortable working independently in facility settings
• Medicare credentialed (preferred but not required)

Schedule:

• PRN to start (based on referrals)
• Opportunity for consistent weekly schedule as volume grows
