Location: Queens, NY
Schedule: Full-Time | 75 Hours Biweekly
Shift: Days | 5 Days Onsite
Salary: $155,000 – $190,000 (based on experience)

We’re seeking an experienced and driven Nurse Practitioner Supervisor to lead a dynamic team of Nurse Practitioners in Queens, NY. This is a high-impact leadership role for an NP who is ready to influence clinical standards, strengthen team performance, and shape patient care delivery at a systems level.

What You’ll DoClinical Leadership & Oversight
- Provide hands-on supervision, mentorship, and guidance to a team of Nurse Practitioners
- Support complex clinical decision-making and high-acuity cases
- Conduct chart reviews and ensure evidence-based practice standards
- Maintain compliance with regulatory and organizational requirements
Quality & Performance Management
- Lead quality improvement initiatives that enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Conduct performance evaluations, chart audits, and peer reviews
- Implement best practices that drive clinical excellence
Operations & Team Development
- Collaborate with leadership to manage NP scheduling and staffing coverage
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and orientation of new NPs
- Promote professional growth, continuing education, and leadership development
Collaboration & Communication
- Partner closely with physicians, PAs, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams
- Serve as the primary liaison between the NP team and executive leadership
- Address workflow challenges and resolve practice-related issues proactively
What We’re Looking For
- Active, unrestricted New York Nurse Practitioner license
- Graduate of an accredited NP program (Master’s or Doctorate)
- National certification (ANCC, AANP, or equivalent)
- Minimum 5 years of clinical NP experience
- Minimum 3 years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong background in quality, compliance, and regulatory standards
- Proficiency in EHR systems
- Confident communicator with strong mentorship and problem-solving skills
