Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant

Seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join an interventional pain management clinic with four locations, including a physical therapy office, satellite clinic, and surgery center.

The NP/PA will perform comprehensive assessments, diagnose, develop treatment plans, interpret diagnostic tests, document patient care, collaborate with team members, and refer to specialists as needed.

Qualifications include current applicable state license, national certification, DEA license or ability to obtain one, and BLS certification. The role is full-time, with a salary range of $125,000-$150,000, and requires relocation to Sutherlin, OR before start. Work is in person, with a focus on outpatient services.
