Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a team of 23 providers serving the geriatric population in skilled nursing, rehab, assisted living, and retirement communities in CDA/Post Falls.

This full-time position involves working 4 days per week with approximately 16 patient visits daily. Responsibilities include managing health issues, performing age-appropriate assessments, ordering and interpreting tests, prescribing treatments, and coordinating care across settings. The provider functions independently with team support, assists with surgical care per regulations, monitors intervention outcomes, and facilitates patient transitions. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and patient education are key components.

Compensation ranges from $130,000 to $140,000 annually, with benefits such as 401(k), health and dental insurance, paid time off, and more. The role is in person and offers a flexible schedule.
