We are seeking a
Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
to join our interventional pain management team at multiple outpatient locations.

Provide comprehensive patient assessments, diagnoses, and develop care plans

Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic studies

Document patient care accurately in medical records

Collaborate with team members and refer patients to specialists as needed

Deliver care according to accepted standards
Requirements:
Current applicable state license, national certification, DEA license or ability to obtain, and BLS certification.

Compensation:
$125,000 - $150,000/year. This full-time role offers a flexible schedule and an outpatient setting.
