Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our interventional pain management team across multiple locations.

• Provide comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, and develop care plans for patients.
• Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic studies.
• Document patient care details accurately in medical records.
• Deliver care aligned with standard practices and collaborate with team members.
• Monitor patient progress and refer to specialists as needed.
  
  

Qualifications: Current state NP/PA license, national certification, DEA license or eligibility, and BLS certification.

Compensation: $125,000 - $150,000/year.

Note: Must be able to relocate to Sutherlin, OR before starting. This is a full-time, in-person role.
