We are seeking a
Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
to join our interventional pain management team across multiple locations.

Provide comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, and develop care plans for patients.

Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic studies.

Document patient care details accurately in medical records.

Deliver care aligned with standard practices and collaborate with team members.

Monitor patient progress and refer to specialists as needed.
Qualifications:
Current state NP/PA license, national certification, DEA license or eligibility, and BLS certification.

Compensation:
$125,000 - $150,000/year.
Note:
Must be able to relocate to Sutherlin, OR before starting. This is a full-time, in-person role.
