Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our interventional pain management team at multiple locations.

• Provide comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, and develop treatment plans
• Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic studies
• Document patient care accurately in medical records
• Deliver care aligned with accepted standards
• Collaborate with team members and refer patients as needed
  
  

Qualifications: Current applicable state NP/PA license, national certification, DEA license or ability to obtain, and BLS.

Compensation: $125,000 - $150,000/year.

Note: Relocation to Sutherlin, OR required before start. This is a full-time, in-person role.
