Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a dedicated team serving the geriatric population in skilled nursing, rehab, assisted living, and retirement communities in the CDA/Post Falls area.

• The role is full-time, 4 days per week, with approximately 16 patient visits daily.
• The provider manages health issues, conducts age-appropriate assessments, orders and interprets tests, and prescribes treatments in accordance with regulations and standards of care.
• Responsibilities include coordinating patient transitions, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and providing education to patients and families.
• The position offers a salary of $130,000-$140,000 annually, with benefits such as health, dental, vision insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and more.
