About the Role

Althing is growing! We are seeking a forward-thinking Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant (part-time/full-time options available) to join our new healthcare center in Albert Lea, MN. This isn't just a clinical role; it’s an opportunity to be a part of a modernized "bricks and mortar" care model enhanced by portable health technology. Our providers specialize in a hybrid of Primary Care, Convenience Care, Urgent Care, and Corporate Health (including DOT services).

Responsibilities

• Conduct physical exams and diagnostic tests for patients of all ages.
• Develop treatment plans for acute and chronic illnesses.
• Prescribe medications and coordinate referrals for specialty care.
• Collaborate on the development of innovative clinical workflows and care models.
• Provide clinical services for corporate health partners and community health initiatives.

Qualifications

• Licensure: Valid Medical License to practice in the State of Minnesota (Required).
• Certification: Board Certified NP or PA with a current CPR certification.
• Experience: 3-5 years in Family Medicine, Primary Care, or Urgent Care preferred.
• Skills: Strong "bedside manner" and a passion for healthcare innovation.
• Tech: Proficient with EMRs (experience with Athena is a significant plus).
• Background: No history of malpractice or disciplinary actions.

Pay: From $65.00 per hour
