Seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for an interventional pain management clinic with 4 locations, including physical therapy, satellite, and surgery centers.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and develop care plans for patients
• Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic studies
• Document patient care thoroughly
• Provide care per standard practices
• Collaborate with team members
• Manage and refer patients as needed
  
  

Requirements

• Current applicable state license and national certification
• DEA license or ability to obtain one
• Basic Life Support certification
• Relocation to Sutherlin, OR required before starting
  
  

Details : Full-time position, $125,000-$150,000/year, in-person work with no hospital call.
