Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant - Nephrology

Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, injuries, and infections
- Prescribe medications and therapies based on patient needs
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans
- Provide patient education on disease prevention, health promotion, and medication management
- Document patient care activities accurately in electronic health records (EHR) system

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications and experience:
- Valid Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant license in Indiana
- Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology.
- Excellent clinical skills with the ability to provide high-quality patient care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
